Meet EddieTOOLS WITH A PURPOSE
A Clearer View of Hard-to-Reach Areas
We use tools like drones and crawlbots when areas are unsafe or difficult to access, helping us gather visual information while reducing risk and documenting conditions in hard-to-reach spaces.
Crawlspace Robotics
Our Wombat Crawlbot can provide a camera view beneath the home where conditions allow, helping Eddie evaluate and document visible crawlspace conditions when direct access is unsafe or difficult. Access and visibility limitations still apply.
Drone Roof Inspection
Aerial views help Eddie evaluate visible roof conditions when safe access is limited. Weather, access, and flight restrictions can limit use.
Know what was observed, what needs attention, and what could not be inspected.

Questions Before You Schedule
Practical answers. Clear expectations.
What does a home inspection cover?
Infinity’s home inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of accessible areas. It covers the roof, exterior, structure, heating and cooling, plumbing, electrical, fireplace, attic, insulation and ventilation, and interior, including doors and windows. Kentucky inspections follow the InterNACHI Standards of Practice; Indiana inspections follow the Indiana minimum standards of competent performance (878 IAC 1-2-1).
Are mold testing and termite inspections included?
No. Mold testing and termite/wood-destroying insect inspections are separate add-on services. Request them when scheduling, and confirm any documentation your transaction requires.
How will I receive my report?
Your home-inspection report is delivered digitally through Spectora. If you book mold testing, laboratory results are provided separately from the home-inspection report.
Does a home inspection give the house a pass or fail?
No. A home inspection describes the home’s condition within the inspection’s scope. It identifies concerns and may recommend further evaluation; it is not a pass-or-fail certificate.
What if part of the home cannot be accessed?
Access and conditions can limit the inspection. Crawlspace robotics and drone imagery can help in suitable situations, but they cannot make every area accessible. Mention known access concerns when scheduling.
What is the difference between a pre-listing and an 11-month warranty inspection?
A pre-listing inspection helps you identify concerns before offering the home for sale. An 11-month warranty inspection helps you document concerns to discuss with the builder before your warranty deadline. Coverage depends on your warranty; an inspection does not guarantee a covered repair.
